Burdock fruit – 10 grams

Kinoo fruit- 20 grams

Jimikand – 20 grams

China and glehnia root – 10 grams

Snow lotus root- 20 grams

Stevia leaves- 20 grams

Mulethi – 10 grams

Laung or cloves- five grams

 

How to make

Grind all ingredients to get fine powder. Boil half teaspoon of the resultant paowder with a cup of water. Add honey and have it in the morning. This will increase your stamina and keep you energetic all day long. This will detoxify your body and improve your digestion and immune system.
